7) The Curio Café

57/59 Castlegate, Newark, NG24 8BG View Map

Tel:01636 700716

The Curio Café is a magnificent building that has been modified with the addition of bricks and tiles. We have tried to source our food and drink from the best suppliers that we can find. We also try to ensure that all food comes from ethical producers. Sometimes food and drink from 'ethical' producers can come at a relatively high price and not great taste but you will find that our Kawa Bean coffee and Williamson's teas have excellent flavours. We cater for vegetarians and hope to develop an increasing range of food for people with gluten allergies. In general most of our sauces and meals avoid using flour or any gluten as thickening.
